முள் சால்னா

MULL SALNA
(Bone Salna)

INGREDIENTS
Lamb Breast Bone – ¼ Kg.
Potato – 150 gms.
Tomato – 100 gms.
Fried Grams – 25 gms.
Coconut – 1 (Small Piece)
Poppy Seed – 10 gms.
Ginger and Garlic Paste – ½ TBSP.
Whole garam masala – 5 gms.
Mint & Coriander leaves – ½ Bunch.
Salt – T.T.
Curry Leaves – Few.
Green Chilies – 2 Nos.
Oil – 3 TBSP
Masala Powder – 1 TBSP.
Curd – 1 TBSP.
Shallots – 100 gms.
METHOD :
1. Clean and wash the breast bone and marinate with salt, coriander and mint leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped half onions, and red chilie powder.
2. Heat the oil, add the sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, curd, whole garam masala, curry leaves, saute it till golden brown.
3. Add the tomato and add the marinated breast bone simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add enough amount of water. Cook the bone.
5. Make a fine paste the coconut fried gram, poppy seed paste. Add this paste into the bone salna and add the potatoes, cook until potato done.
6. Garnish with mint & coriander leaves.
