PAL SURBATH
(Rose Milk Sarbath)
INGREDIENTS
Milk – 1 litre.
Milk Powder – 250 gms.
Sugar – 250 gms.
Rose Color/Rose Milky Few Drops.
Roohu Apsa – Few.
China Glass – 5 Gms.
Almond – 25 gms.
Cashew Nut – 25 gms.
Pista – 25 gms.
Ice Cubes – As required.
METHOD :
1. Boil the milk, dissolve the milk powder in warm water and add into milk. Boil it upto the raw smell goes off. Add the sugar and cool it.
2. Add enough amount of water, add the Roohuapsa, rose colour (milky) few drops and add the ground nuts.
3. Add the china grass and ice creams.
Note :
1. Dissolve the china grass in enough amount of water and add the sugar.
2. Separate into three portions and add different colours.
(Red, Yellow, Green ) and cool it. Put into small cubes and add into surbath.
