(Agar Agar Pudding)
(China Grass Pudding)


Chinagrass : 7gms
Milk : 1 litre
Cashew nut +
Almond + Pista : 50gms
Rose milky essence or
any colour & flavour : Few drops
Sugar : ¼ kg

1. Soak the china grass before 4 hours or over night & soak the nuts for half an hour in a hot water.
2. Boil the milk till the raw smell goes off.
3. Take quarter portion of milk separately.
4. Add the soaked agar agar in a balance boiling milk. Stir it continuously.
5. Add the soaked nuts with quarter portion milk. Add the mixture into milk china grass mixture & add the sugar.
6. Stir continuously until the correct consistency will come.
7. Remove from fire & cool it.
8. Add the colour & flavour agents.
9. Pour in a small bowl or a big bowl & sprinkle some chopped nuts for


10. Keep in a refrigerator. Serve chill.
